Being a horror buff is hard work when you have a little one. The main goal is to turn them into a little movie fiend, but it’s harder work deciding on what to show them and when. Of course this is all on the parent and how they raise their child concerning what they watch and when. Opening the ‘gate: 10 Movies I’d Like to See Lionsgate Release on Blu-Ray

Yes, friends, CHOPPING MALL is coming to Blu-ray. From Lionsgate! Just when we’ve accepted that the home entertainment company would never ever put the time, money, and energy into releasing the cult classics in their library to Blu-ray, some news broke out last week that has us excited for the future. Not only is CHOPPING MALL coming this summer, but, according to (CHOPPING MALL director) Jim Wynorski, Lionsgate are “already searching thru their vaults for more 80s titles to give the BluRay treatment”. In no time at all, fans were already clamoring for the label to put out their favorites.

Heavy Metal Horror

In the 1980’s Satanic Panic arrived in many forms. People were scared for their children becoming one with Satan. Luckily, once the 90’s hit people soon realized that it was all bullshit in and no one really cared anymore. However, during the time of this so-called “panic”, there were a mass amount of people that claimed that Heavy Metal was the gateway for Satan himself. Many bands were accused of satanic lyrics as well implanting subliminal devilish messages to our little children (heard only by spinning the record backwards, of course).
